Prodrive on 91 red. 17" front and rear. Stock ride height. It's different and I had the same question if I should do it as you. After installment I like it.
Any TRC issues with the 17/17 setup? I'm debating myself if I should go 255/40 or 245/40 in the rear. I have 17x7,5/17x8,5 rims as well.
According to faq i'm within 5 % of front rear diameter to cope with TCS issues. This with 245/40 rear and 215/40 front. I'd prefer 245 if possible due to...
just bought a set of 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 and want 215/40 and 245/40 tires on them. Want 245 ho the back because of slightly lower rolling diameter vs stock an lower weight. According to faq i'm within 5 % of front rear diameter to cope with tcs issues. But has anyone tried this combo?
I love the look of the GC-05K Meister Black and other "black chrome" effect/look.
Does anybody know if it's possible to paint or powder coat old wheels for a finish like this? If so a colour code.
I know there are new paint methods out there now called liquid metal. Could this be it?
How makes tires for the stock 91 rims?
Can't find anything in these dimenstions, other than s.line and A048 from Yokohama.
Anything else available?
Looking for highest possible performance without going R-compound
Chris. Are these "black chrome" color? Looks very nice and the color I've been looking for. Any more pictures of this color? Are they available in 16/17 combo?
Exhaust tips are very important. I love the direction this exhaust is headed as far as sound goes. Keep weight down and price reasonable and you have a winner. Take a look at Tubi's quad exhaust for reference as to how a great quad exhaust should look. Even the ARK DT-X looks great. Or maybe do...
I have the same issue as you do. My front left locks up way early.
So your solution was to change pads? Meaning buy new ones? Can I solve this by any other method?
Where can you buy this exhaust and do you have any idea on how it sounds? Weight?
Also, nice pile of parts, BUT that momo shift know is not up to the standard of those other parts you are installing! IMO it looks cheap and kond of old school. Please reconsider:-)) (GruppeM knob, NSX-R knob...
Actually, quite a few people have asked me if my 91 cupe is a covertible...
Anyhow, I've always loved the black top. And it still loooks good 15 years down the road.

Can you post the mods next to the names? Hard to know who's who and with what mods. Numbers seem low too. Around 200 at the wheels?? How would that be 270-280 at the crank?? Cool pictures:-)
Plenty of space on my server, but I don't put all sorts of films on it. NSX stuff is cool if it's good quality. Huge files will use a little too much bandwidth. I'll post some of your films if you send them to me, probably not all. Sorry.
