Nsx gen 1 -- splitter - preferably in carbon fiber

DOES ANYONE MAKE A TRUE CARBON FIBER SPLITTER FOR THE GEN 1? I AM LOOKING FOR ONE THAT IDEALLY LOOKS BALANCED (IE LINES UP) WITH A STOCK BODIED GEN 1, WITHOUT SIDE SKIRTS, AND DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT HANGS DOWN WAY BELOW THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTOM LINES OF THE OTHERWISE STOCK LOOKING NSX...

    Wtb - zanardi edition

I have been a long-term, happy owner of a 1991 NSX with many enhancements. Hoping to find a Zanardi. If anyone has one for sale or any leads on one for sale, please let me know. I realize this is a tall order. Thanks. Jon 561-504-8617 cell

    Front Downforce question

Have a 91 ctsc, susp., brakes, decent rubber, etc and entirely stock body except for a type r real spoiler. Doing brake ducting now as more than once when I have tracked, developed a front brake shuddering. Hope this helps. My question regards front spoilers to develop enhanced downforce on...

Comptech High Boost vs. Normal Boost SC

The term "high boost" may cause some confusion The CTSC auto rotor pulley that came with the kit was sized to target 6 lbs of boost. I believe there is more than one smaller pulley, which is the same thing as saying there is more than one "high" boost pulley. I have a pulley that targets 8...

    Sraight pipes VS muffler!!!

Your engine is flowing better. The better airflow will allow a retune to dump more fuel into the mix, which will make more power. You need a retune to take advantage of the change which is pretty much true with any material change you make when running forced induction.

Should I get the Skip Barber insurance?

In november I did the 3-day open wheel course at Road Atlanta. Day 2 was heavy rain and 40 degrees with tires never heating up and of course a different wet line than dry. Take it from me, get the insurance. I slammed into a wall and maxed the deductible. My insurance cost $500 and the...

    Any NSXers in Southwest Florida?

If you move down here let me know as well. There are 4 nsx people in Naples that I know pretty well and 2 mechanics who came from Acura and are nsx certified, although they are not tuners in case your car has forced induction.

    Skip Barber Racing School Discount?

I just finished the Skip Barber open wheel 3-day at Road Atlanta. One of my instructors was Rob Morrisson, for those that know or remember the Realtime NSX. Great instructor and even better driver. Highly recommend the open wheel deal. They seemed pretty motivated for more business so you...

    Science of Speed Sport Clutch

I have a ctsc 8 lbs boost, aem, etc with 390 whp and close to 300 ft/lbs torque and I too love this clutch - oem feel in every way, yet grabs crisply. My installer was very impressed by the quality of the parts as well. Great pice SOS!

    Charlotte's First Dyno Run

While visiting SOS recently, I learned of Hugh's "enhancement" of the famous Charlotte. Three things came to mind: (1) several years ago before the likes of SOS began doing forced induction, many forget Hugh was a hater of forced induction (2) I can't wait to see Hugh at the SoFl Toy Run show...

    Used or custom tire

I am an enthusiastic member of the nsx community although I have a tire question for a non-nsx application. I need to find two 285-35-15's. I believe this size was only ever made in the pirelli p7 and the yokohama av intermediate. I simply cannot find this exact size and any close...

S/C NSX That Much Faster Than Stock?

Someone said it best: get a ride in a 375+/- who nsx and then make up your mind. Words don't do it. Also, while you will make more power boost for pound of boost with a turbo, the beauty of supercharging is you maintain the nearly identical power curve of the original. I have a 382 whp 3...
