custom intercooler by EFREN BULIT

Something I would consider is to have the exhaust tips come thru the diffuser and have them angle cut to match the slope of the diffuser. This way the exhaust can increase the air velocity of the air passing under the diffuser..... well it'll make for a nice story at the local car show! :)

I think this is what ryu is talking about...

not an ATA favorable design... but about the tip idea

Nice car! The craftsmanship is amazing! Wish I could weld like that....

How did you polish the valve covers? Did you coat them with anything afterwards to prevent the magnesium oxidation? I would like to either polish mine, or send them out to be black-chromed.

With those shiny valve covers and sweet-looking engine, have you considered painting the engine bay black? I think that would look really nice as opposed to the red. I have a red one too and my engine is currently out - my engine bay will be painted all black.

Thanks,

Dave

almost done here...a few finishing touches.

A lil advise to you and your car bro... a lot of time was spent on it.. it shows. I get it.. your building to "show it".. That you have done... im a functionality guy... so I wont go there.

For show though... buying 2 4" 90 degree bends might be something you want ... down the road I guess.... pie cuts for exhaust tubing is.... i wont say... out of respect for the time on this.

But please build new brackets for your ata's so you dont "not make it" to your car shows... those will break with in months

something with rubber bushings at a min and heim joints if you know what they are.

Peace
