Nsx gauge cluster/speedometer

Hey prime members. I was wondering if anyone out there can help me with my speedometer. I just installed white gauge overlays to cover up glue marks from the same white gauges being removed from my 91 before buying it. Now my speedometer is all jacked up.Tried adjusting it at the pots but that seems to get me nowhere because the gauge does not recoil correctly but the needle moves freely it goes to zero when engine is killed.
Any help on this would be great or anyone selling a used gauge cluster?
