NSX parked next to a ________ thread for size comparos

My wife and I entered our 95 NSX in the "Artistry on Wheels" car show in Carlisle, PA last weekend. Frankly, I don't remember what model this Mercedes was, but it was a 2017 convertible and it was HUUUGE! The owner and his wife were rather distant, but the flags were interesting. On the other side was a Miata and a Porsche owner who were more fun to talk to, not to mention a (real thing) AC Cobra guy who owned an NSX back in the day, a couple Jag XKE owners, and the owner of a sweet 1984 Supra in original condition. 90 cars in the show and we won 1st place in the "Asian" category in our first car show!

Pretty crazy to think they have almost identical frontal areas, yet the GT is 7.6" wider, but 4.4" lower (78.9" & 41.7" vs 71.3" & 46.1")

NSX - 19.2 ft^2
FGT - 19.15 ft^2

Was getting itchy to try my new Type R/SOS Short Shift system. Took my '02 to a recent Sunday AM Car and Coffee since roads were clear & dry. And I was anxious to see a friends new '18 488 which was delivered 3 days prior, after a 6 or 9 month wait.
