The Official 2023 F1 Thread

Perez has been solid, if not spectacular this year. It got me thinking about the 1999 season. Eddie Irvine didn’t win the championship after Schumacher (as number 1) broke his leg and missed half the season.
The number 2 driver at RB is a no win situation; not going to win straight up against the number 1, yet the team seems to expect dominance as much as the number 1. Think Mark Weber, and others. Very cut throat.
 
there are alot of hungry juniors out there....The adults are always on the lookout for the next Max/Lewis/ect..
 
Gotta make lemonade from a very lopsided season..Happy Thanksgiving to all my F1 peeps.
