What would you do if your wife did this???

Hmm, it's not totally unplausible that she could have hooked up with some random dude in a bathroom stall for the first time in her married life.
Just as much chance of that, as say, Chuck Norris being at 2 places on Earth at once.

But ... Chuck Norris can be two places on Earth at once and then go kick his own ass:biggrin:

Would be the only words I would say to this woman, Then maybe speak to my attorney. I am sorry out of character or not If your wife is immature and out of control enough to be able to walk into a mens restroom and bang some guy then I would not want anything to do with her.. It WOULD happen again IMHO.

i'm betting there is much more to this story than initially meets the eye.

maybe not, but it seems **extremely** unlikely to me that a good family member has random sex in the opposite sex's public bathroom at a public event.

film at 11, i'm sure.

Thats a tough call. I agree, it would depend on if this was totally out of character for her. I would imagine that just the embarrasment alone is enough punishment.

Women use the mens restroom at big sporting events all the time because of the long lines at the ladies restroom. I doubt she knew what she was doing. Its not an excuse but too much alcohol makes you do stupid shit you dont even realize.

It's kind of her husband's fault too. He said he faults himself for not going to the bathroom with her so now we know that he was aware that she was wasted.
She obviously gets drunk easy or quick but we don't know if this is the way she acts every time she gets plastered. To me, it sounds like she doesn't even drink all that much. Only a lightweight can black out like that after only one half of the game.

He wanted to see who won the game. But apparently missed the score in the bathroom.:biggrin:

All kidding aside, I am not a believer of perfection. Anyone that say they are perfect need to ease off the drugs. People make mistakes and make stupid decisions. Some exaggerated by drugs and or liquor. I wouldn't have an issue forgiving, if this was my wife. So long as its not a recurring issue, no big deal. I happily would accept all of her and her stupidity/insanity and hope she does the same with me.

I guess bathroom sex is popular in Minneapolis. First airports now the dome!

I need to get to more games, for sure!

Ever deal with anyone who is blacked out from drinking before? It isn't pretty. They are sort of between sleeping, and awareness and their perceptions can be full on delusional.

I recall one night my roomates severely intoxicated girlfriend tried to crawl into bed with me and my girlfriend. She became incensed when she found another woman in the bed, and she started beating on me with clenched fists screaming how she was going to tell me (Phil) that I "Chris" (her boyfriend) was sleeping with my (Phil's) Girlfriend. It took 10 minutes for us to get her to realize that I was not Chris, so Chris was not cheating on her with my girlfriend, and that she had simply come into the wrong room.

It is entirely possible this woman in her stupor mistakenly embraced this random stranger as her husband, and thought she was screwing him rather than a stranger.

To my mind, the strange guy is somewhat responsible- remember drunk or "impaired" women can't consent to sex, even if they are the aggressor and come on to you. It was the old frat house catch-22 that most every guy I knew in college had to dance around. If you meet a girl late at night in the bar, it was a safer bet to get her number and call her sometime rather than take her home, even if that is what she wanted to do. Otherwise you could very well end up being charged with date rape. Cops don't care if the man was drunk or not, and I imagine it would be pretty hard to prove innocence in that sort of matter.

I feel badly for the woman, and for her husband. If she was that plowed it would have been a better idea to skip the damn game.

Good guy... The first part I respect him for, the second part, people need to take responsibility and it's not *HIS* fault. Unless he was douging her with alcohol, egging her on to have sex with a random stranger... it's not his fault, it's both her and the dude's fault. I'd personally kick the other guys's ass, especially if she had a ring on her finger b/c he should have known better. Guys: Don't mess with married women.

I tend to agree- I find it sad that so many people are putting all of this on the lady. I am sure the husband realizes she was impaired and has his own demons to slay for not having escorted her to the restroom.

The guy involved on the other hand... I'd have to ask him which part of this event seemed like a good decision. Even if she initiated the event- Random woman grabs you and initiates sex? Works for a porn plot, but if I am in his shoes I would be questioning the circumstances.

Also- why in the hell was she fired from her job as a retirement home administrator? Seriously, it isn't like this event was related to her job performance. Me thinks a certain retirement home just opened themselves up to some litigation.

Damn shame IMO

+1 on that.

I've definitely dealt with many stressful situations and have witnessed
scenarios that were not at all pretty. There are a lot that I can point out
right away who's at fault, and others I just have to reserve judgment.

I will have to reserve that here as well. The actual event could have been
of various possibilities and it's very unfortunate that it did happened.

Let's just take a moment to thank god that Ricky the security guard was there to save the day. His quick thinking to summon backup and wait outside the bathroom really shows his training paid off.
