Curious to hear from anyone (especially with aftermarket suspension) who has lived or had to deal with areas that have frequent elevation changes, hilly slopes and speed bumps. How does this affect your experience with your car (if any) or how did you adjust?

I'm trying to hook up a DVD player with surround sound but can't get any video. Audio is great but the Dish video signal keeps overriding the DVD video signal. Anyone know of a website to help a frustrated individual as myself learn more about this?
